We've done everything to minimize shipping costs and save you $$$$ Buy up to 4 HairZings, and pay only $3.50 in total shipping charges (via USPS ground).

If you're not happy, we're not happy.

Simply return within 30 days of purchase to the address below and we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. Please tell us why you are not happy with your HairZing so we can learn from your experience.

Your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Funds are applied back to the original credit card used for purchase. Refunds include product cost and applicable taxes.

Who pays for shipping?

New Orders: At check out, you choose whether you would like your order shipped US Postal Service or FedEx. Your shipping charges will be calculated based on your preferred carrier and the number of HairZings you order.

Returns & Exchanges: You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

Honest Mistakes: However, if we made a mistake of any kind when you first receive the box, please notify us IMMEDIATELY by calling 1-888-402-4247 or via e-mail at customercare@hairzing.com. Not only will we reimburse you for the original shipping fee, you also won't be charged for the shipping cost of replacement merchandise.
