If you're not happy, we're not happy.

Simply return within 90 days of purchase to the address below and we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. We'd like to improve, so please tell us why you are not happy with your HairZing.

Your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Funds are applied back to the original credit card used for purchase. Refunds include product cost and applicable taxes.

Who pays for shipping?

New Orders: At check out, you choose whether you would like your order shipped via US Postal Service or FedEx. Shipping charges are calculated based on your preferred carrier and the number of HairZings you order.

Returns & Exchanges: You have a full 90 days to wear your HairZing and return it for ANY reason during that time… we will gladly refund your money if you are not satisfied. (You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.)

Honest Mistakes: However, if we made a mistake of any kind, or if your product breaks within the first 30 days of wearing it, please notify us IMMEDIATELY by calling 1-888-402-4247 or via e-mail at customercare@hairzing.com. Not only will we reimburse you for the original shipping fee, you also won't be charged for the shipping cost of the replacement merchandise.
