Who pays for shipping?New Orders: At check out, you choose whether you would like your order shipped US Postal Service or FedEx. Your shipping charges will be calculated based on your preferred carrier and the number of HairZings you order. Returns & Exchanges: You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
